This is a request to grant temporary construction easements at 1795 Old Frankfort Pike and 1138 Finney Drive, and fee simple transfers of 2,288 square feet of property at 1631 Old Frankfort Pike and 10,967 square feet of property at 1900 Leestown Road from LFUCG to the Commonwealth of Kentucky for the benefit of the Transportation Cabinet for their project to widen New Circle Road from Versailles Road to Newtown Pike. The granting of easements and fee simple transfers are to be donated. There is no cost to LFUCG.
