BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the response of ADT Commercial, in the amount of $71,108.74, for a Studio Camera System, for the Division of Government Communications, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of RFP 31-2021 and the response of ADT Commercial, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $71,108.74, be and hereby is approved for payment to ADT Commercial from account #2612-160301-95804, pursuant to the terms of the RFP and response.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
