BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the transfer of funds in the amount of $12,000.00 from the Council Capital Projects fund to the Division of Parks and Recreation (1105-707602-91017), for the “Sense of Place” Hamlet initiative project, and $80,000.00 from the Council Capital Projects fund to the Division of Parks and Recreation (1105-707602-91015), for improvements at Brucetown Park, be and hereby is authorized and approved.  

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
