BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 – That pursuant to Section 2.03 of the Charter of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, the Urban County Council hereby specifies its intention to expand and extend the Full Urban Services District #1 to provide the urban services of street lighting, street cleaning, and garbage and refuse collection.
Section 2 – That the Urban County Council hereby specifies its intention to include the following properties, lots, tracts and parcels of land within the Urban Services District:

A. That the properties, lots, tracts and parcels of land described in Section 2 above are within areas of residential and commercial development and are urban in character.
B. That as a result of this urbanization and in order to protect the public health, safety and general welfare of the residents, the Council finds that:
