NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby amends the attached “Council Project Expenditure Policy”, which was adopted pursuant to Resolution No. 227-2016, to extend that date for encumbering funds related to these projects to March 31, 2021.
Section 2 - That in all other respects the Policy and Resolution No. 227-2016 shall remain unchanged.
Section 3 - That this resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
