A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to execute Professional Services Agreements with Kristin Beers, Sara Allen, Megan Magsam, and Nicole Jean Perkins, as Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners, to provide on-call forensic examinations and services under the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner Program, at a cost not to exceed $56 for each scheduled on-call period, $230 for each completed forensic examination, $120 per case for professional testimony in court, and the reasonable cost of medical liability insurance. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Professional Services Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Kristin Beers, Sara Allen, Megan Magsam, And Nicole Jean Perkins, as Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners, to provide on-call forensic examinations and services under the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner Program.
