BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the First Renewal of the Lease Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Fayette County Public Schools, for premises located at 1177 Harry Sykes Way, also known as the Audrey Grievous Center, for the period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028, for its exclusive use in the continuing operation of a Day Treatment Program on the premises.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
