BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Probationary Civil Service Appointment made by the Mayor, be and hereby is ratified:
Mark Fischer, Municipal Engineer Sr., Grade 119E, $3,150.72 bi weekly, in the Division of Water Quality, effective July 9, 2012.
Deboraha Griffin, Administrative Specialist Sr., Grade 112N, $20.714 hourly, in the Division of Waste Management, effective July 23, 2012.
Section 2 - That these personnel actions shall become effective on the date described in each item.
