BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No.
2, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Bluegrass Contracting Corporation, for the Rosemont Garden Sidewalk Project, increasing the Contract price by $88,993.15 and raising the total Contract price to $652,193.15.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $88,993.15, is hereby authorized for payment to Bluegrass Contracting Corporation, from account # 3160-303202-91715, pursuant to the terms of Change Order No. 2.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
