BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That a Sole Source Price Contract be and hereby is established with Advanced Eco Systems, Inc., as a sole source distributor and ZUMRO, Inc., as a sole source manufacturer for the purchase of decontamination air shelters and related accessories for the Division of Emergency Management/911.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
