BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Agreement with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield for administrative services and stop loss insurance coverage relating to the Health Insurance Plans offered by the Urban County Government, for a one-year term beginning January 1, 2018, with an annual option to renew through December 31, 2020. Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
