BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Amendment to Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, for extension of the performance period through December 31, 2016, of the Town Branch Trail Crossing at Old Frankfort Pike and McConnell Springs Drive Project under the Congestion Management and Air Quality (CMAQ) Program, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
