BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Software Maintenance Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with New World Systems Corporation, for support services, upgrades and revisions to the software application package.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $497,430.00 through June 30, 2015, subject to appropriations by Council, of which $152,500 is for FY 2013, be and hereby is approved for payment to New World Systems Corporation, from account #4202-505602-76102 ($25,116.00), and #1101-505502-76102 ($127,384.00), pursuant to the term...
