BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the contract with Contemporary Galleries of West Virginia, Inc. d/b/a C G Concepts for furniture for the Replacement Senior Citizen Center Project, increasing the contract price by the sum of $15,937.88 from $269,632.56 TO $285,570.44.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $15,937.88, be and hereby is approved for payment to Contemporary Galleries of West Virginia, Inc. d/b/a C G Concepts from account #1101-606102-6081-75801 pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
