BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
      Section 1 - That the Department of Social Services' Partner Agency application, scoring rubric and schedule for application/review, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be and hereby are approved.  Further, the Department is hereby directed not to institute a funding cap during the FY14 application process.   
      Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
