BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That subsection line number 840.020 in the Unclassified Civil Service Authorized Strength be and hereby is deleted.
Section 2 - That the following subsection line number in the Classified Civil Service Authorized Strength is hereby created to read as follows:
840.020 1 455 526E Affordable Housing Manager
Section 3 -That this Ordinance shall become effective upon passage of Council.
