BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Greenville Turf and Tractor be and hereby is established as a sole source provider for the purchase of two pieces of golf maintenance equipment for the Division of Parks and Recreation, and authorizing the Mayor or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary agreements with Greenville Turf and Tractor related to the procurement of these goods.
