BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Permanent Classified Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:
William Razor, Attorney Sr., Grade 530E, $3,588.08 biweekly in the Department of Law, effective March 8, 2026.
Section 2 - That the following Permanent Sworn Appointments made by the Mayor be and hereby are ratified:
Jacob Stack, Police Sergeant, Grade 315N, $42.968 hourly in the Division of Police, effective February 25, 2026.
Section 3 - That these personnel actions shall become effective on the date described in each item.
