BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Paytient Technologies, Inc., to offer a new voluntary benefit that provides eligible employees with a line of credit for out-of-pocket medical expenses through payroll deductions.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $150,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Paytient Technologies, Inc., from account # 6002 - 160504 - 1841 - 63612, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, and subject to sufficient funds being appropriated for future fiscal years.
