BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the responses of AIC; Leverage Partners; Metaformers; Pomeroy; Signature Technology Group; SIS; and Zannett, to provide Information Technology and Consulting Services pursuant to RFP No. 2-2013 be and hereby are hereby accepted and price contracts are established; and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any additional necessary agreements with the listed vendors related to the RFP.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
