BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Consultant Services Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 22-2026) with NOMI Design for the renovations of the West Hickman Wastewater Treatment Plant Locker Rooms.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $74,800.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to NOMI Design, from account # 4003-303401-92711, pursuant to the terms of the Consultant Services Agreement.
Section 3 - This Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
