Summary
Authorization to execute Facility Usage Agreements between LFUCG and the YMCA of Central Kentucky, Lexington Youth Soccer Association (LYSA) and Fayette United Soccer Association (FUSA). The term of the Agreement shall be for one year commencing on the date of execution. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Facility Usage Agreement, which is attached hereto and referenced herein, with the YMCA of Central Kentucky, the Lexington Youth Soccer Association, and the Fayette United Soccer Association, providing usage of athletic facilities for a period of one (1) year, with automatic renewal for two (2) successive one (1) year terms, unless the Agreement is terminated.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
