BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Ride Services Agreement, which is attached and incorporated herein by reference, with ITNBluegrass, Inc. for transportation services for Senior Center participants, at a cost not to exceed $12,000.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $12,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to ITNBluegrass, Inc. from account # 1101-606102-6081-71207 ($6,000.00) and account # 3190-606102-6051-71299 ($6,000.00), pursuant to the terms of the Agreement and subject to the approval of a pending budget amendment.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
