Section 1 - That subsection line number 030.045 in the unclassified civil service authorized strength be and hereby is deleted.
Section 2 - That subsection line number 030.054 in the unclassified civil service authorized strength be and hereby is amended to read as follows:

Section 3 - That the following subsection line number in the unclassified civil service authorized strength be and hereby is created to read as follows:
