BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept a donation from Lynn Imaging retroactive to February 2021, of Color GIS Printing and a Single-Side Vinyl Banner with a total monetary amount of $10,500.71 (for 2021 tax year), for messaging related to COVID-19.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
