BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with EVAPAR for annual maintenance and testing of emergency supply generators for radio systems and facilities of the Division of Fire and Emergency Services.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $8,178.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to EVAPAR, from account #1101-505705-76101 ($1,572.00), and account #2601-505601-71299 ($6,606.00), pursuant to the terms of the agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
