BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT.
Section 1 - That the following subSection line number in the Unclassified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby is deleted:
610.027 1 548 517N Community Reentry Advocate
Section 2 - That the following subSection line number in the Unclassified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby is created:
030.045 1 548 517N Community Reentry Advocate
Section 3 - That the incumbent to the position of Community Reentry Advocate, Tara Estes, be and hereby is transferred from the Division of Social Services to the Office of the Mayor, at her respective current pay grade and rate of pay.
Section 4 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon passage of Council.
