COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

      Section 1 - That subsection line number 390.035 of Section 21-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is deleted.

Section 2 - That the following subsection line number of Section 21-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is amended to read as follows:

390.032      2      448      115E               Environmental Initiatives Specialist

      Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon date of passage.
