BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute and submit a Grant Application, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Kentucky Department of Environmental Protection--Division of Waste Management, and to provide any additional information requested in connection with this Grant Application, which seeks grant funds in the amount of $100,000.00 for the support of a one-day household hazardous waste recycling event for Fayette County in FY 2021.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
