BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 4 (Final), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Contract with Todd Johnson Construction, Co., for the Meadows/Northland/Arlington Improvements Project, Phase 5A, decreasing the contract price by the sum of $67,239.76 from $1,706,616.82 to $1,639,377.06.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
