BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a First Amendment to Agreement with the City of Cincinnati on behalf of the Greater Cincinnati Water Works, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and that the Mayor or his designee is authorized and directed to execute any necessary documents with Paymentech, LLC; Link2Gov, Corp.; and J. P. Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., related to providing multiple options for payment of bills, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
