A Resolution ratifying the Mayor's prior execution of an Agreement with the United States Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the acceptance of an award of $4,865,246 in Federal funds under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, in order to provide housing and supporting services to vulnerable populations, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Urban County Government to the expenditure of funds, and authorizing and directing the Mayor to submit an allocation plan to HUD and to provide any additional information requested by HUD in connection with that allocation plan, and authorizing the Mayor to transfer unencumbered funds within the Grant Budget.
