BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Kentucky Community and Technical College System - Fire Commission, for the construction of a mutually beneficial modular facility at the Fire Training Center and Academy, 1355 Old Frankfort Pike, Lexington, Kentucky, to be primarily used as the Area 15 Office Headquarters and for classroom training purposes, at no cost to the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
