BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a New Case Document, Amendment to Plan Management Agreement, and Amendment to Group Stop-Loss Policy with Human Insurance Company for the administration of health care claims for the period of January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
