BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following subsection line numbers of Section 23-5(a) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby are amended to read as follows:
550.050 6 924 318E Police Captain
550.060 35 923 317E Police Lieutenant
Section 2 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government are amended and funds are appropriated pursuant to Budget Schedule No. 63, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference
Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on the date of its passage.
