WHEREAS, the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government authorized the Mayor to execute an agreement with EHI Consultants for an Armstrong Mill West Small Area Plan at a cost not to exceed $104,775.00 pursuant to Resolution No. 332-2014; and
WHEREAS, Section 2 of the Resolution contained a clerical error repeating the same account number rather than listing two different account numbers for payment which should be corrected to reflect to different appropriate account numbers; and
WHEREAS, the correction is for consistency as the small area plan has already been conducted and paid for from the proper accounts and this resolution does not change the substance of the original resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
