BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Facility Usage Contract, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with The Fayette County Board of Education, for the Extended School Program (ESP) and Recreational Enrichment and Learning (REAL) Program.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $203,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to the Fayette County Board of Education, $75,000.00 from account #4202-707606-71299, and $128,000.00 from account # 4202-707606-75102, pursuant to the terms of the Contract.
