BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Brown Equipment Company be and hereby is established as a sole source provider of parts, materials, and labor to maintain closed circuit television sewer inspection equipment, for the Division of Water Quality, and authorizing the Mayor, or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary agreements with Brown Equipment Company related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $25,000.00 in FY 2024, be and hereby is approved for payment to Brown Equipment Company, from account # 4002-303406-3453-76101, with funding for future years contingent upon the appropriation of sufficient funds.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
