BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government hereby names recently acquired park property located at 8949 Old Richmond Road as “Kelley’s Landing”, pursuant to CAO Policy No. 49: Naming Policy for Park Lands, Features and Facilities.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
