BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. Two (2), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Contract with L-M Asphalt Partners LTD, d/b/a ATS Construction for the Salt Dome & Associated Improvements Old Frankfort Pike, Contract No. 058-2024, decreasing the Contract price by the sum of $24,967.98, from $4,887,177.60 to $4,862,209.62.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
