BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute First Amendments to Purchase of Service Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Arbor Youth Services, Inc., Community Action Council for Lexington-Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison, and Nicholas Counties, Inc., and Greenhouse17, Inc. to extend the period of performance through October 31, 2026, at no additional cost.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
