BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the response of City of Cincinnati, on behalf of its Greater Cincinnati Water Works, to RFP No. 40-2011 Billing & Collection Services - Sewer, Landfill & Water Quality Fees, for the Division of Revenue, be and hereby is accepted and approved, and that the Mayor is authorized, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute the Agreement with City of Cincinnati, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, related to these services.
Section 2 - That an amount, in an amount estimated not to exceed the sum of $1,160,000.00 in FY2013 based upon projected billings, be and hereby is approved for payment to City of Cincinnati, from account # 4002-202602-71299 ($614,800.00), account # 4121-202603-71299 ($232,000.00), and account # 4051-202604-71299 ($313,200.00), pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
