Authorization to transfer one (1) classified position of Administrative Officer (Grade 523E) and its incumbent from the Department of Social Services to the Division of Adult and Tenant Services, effective March 21, 2016. This action is being requested to allow the incumbent to lead the design and implementation of programmatic expansion and reorganizational processes to the Division of Adult and Tenant Services. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That subsection line number 610.010 in the classified civil service authorized strength be and hereby is deleted.
Section 2 - That the following subsection line number be and hereby is created to read as follows:
620.030 1 112 523E Administrative Officer
Section 3 -That the incumbent Theresa Maynard be and hereby is transferred from the Department of Social Services to the Division of Adult and Tenant Services at her current job class, pay grade and title.
Section 4 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on the date of its passage.
