BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the mutual aid Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Madison County, Kentucky, through its Fiscal Court, to establish guidelines for providing mutual aid during an emergency, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - Further, that the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to enter future mutual aid Agreements with the same material terms as the attached Agreement with Madison County Fiscal Court, with any local government that is contiguous to Lexington-Fayette County or is a member of the Bluegrass Emergency Response...
