BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute any documents necessary to transfer the properties located at 311 Nelson Avenue, 544 Ohio Street, 829 Whitney Avenue, 330 Georgetown Place, and 449 Race Street, acquired under the Neighborhood Stabilization Program, to Seedleaf, Inc., for use as Community garden space.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
