Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Amendment No. 15, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Contract with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. (formerly known as Entran, formerly known as American Consulting Engineers, PLC) for professional services for the Newtown Pike Extension Project, increasing the contract price by the sum of $560,509.88 from $8,944,391.51 to $9,504,901.39.
