Summary
Authorization to abolish one (1) classified position of Resource Recovery Operator, (Grade 513N), and create one (1) classified position of Human Resource Analyst (Grade 520E) in the Division of Waste Management, effective upon passage of Council. The purpose of this change is to establish personnel within the division to perform human resources functions including employee relations, training, and serve as a liaison with the Division of Human Resources.
