BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Resolution No. 92-2012 is hereby amended to change the name of the sole source vendor from which the equipment is being acquired from Thermo Fisher Scientific to Ahura Scientific.
Section 2 - That Resolution No. 92-2012 otherwise remains unchanged.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
