BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 1 of Resolution No. 20-2023 be and hereby is amended and restated to read as follows:
That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a conditional commitment letter and an agreement with the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to accept $9,497,206.00 in federal funds under the Kentucky Cleaner Water Round 2 Grant (American Rescue Plan Act funds), for the Armstrong Mill Pump Station Replacement (Delong Road PS/FM) EH-16 Project, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Urban County Government to the expenditure of funds.
Section 2 - That Resolution No. 20-2023 shall otherwise remain unchanged.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
