BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Grant Award Agreement with Neighbors United for South Elkhorn Creek, Inc., for stormwater quality projects, decreasing the grant award by the sum of $261.52, from $1,890.00 to $1,628.48.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
